Hi, I'm Nancy Cozzie, founder of Southlake Medical Supplies.
A good few years ago, when I was working at a catheter company, I was in constant contact with dealers and suppliers.
I saw how they treated people like cardboard cutouts, selling them the cheapest stuff on the market with absolutely no concern for their actual needs. And I began to understand the need for a company that really appreciates the ins and outs of every catheter on the market.
A company that can help every customer choose the right catheter for his or her very individual needs and lifestyle. And a company that makes time to guide people through all the forms and insurance bureaucracy.
That's why I set up Southlake Medical in 2001.

My team and I began studying and researching everything we could about catheters and speaking to the people who use them.
